COME VISIT THE MUSEUM....
The Museum established in 1971 after the Benton County Historical Society was established in 1969, shows visitors the history of Warsaw.
See factual time line of Warsaw & the History in the U.S. that include; Lewis & Clark's Expedition, history of steamboats on the Osage, railroads & development, the "Button Factory", in which workers, cut circles from mussel shells to create buttons. Visit the "Parlor" to see musical instruments from the past.
Learn about when Warsaw was established, or find out the date of Warsaw's first high school, and or when the railroads came to Warsaw...all fun facts with cool photo's, displays, and actual tools, clothing, lights with history behind it all.

Some Warsaw Facts: Did you know Warsaw is the gun stock capital of the world. Gun stocks are made from the Walnut trees here in Missouri.
