Eagle Days. Did you know that Eagles develop the white head and tail around the age of 5 years? or did you know that an adult Eagle has a wing span of approx. 6 ft wide! Come find out more about our National Bird the Bald Eagle. Normally held on the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday, this is truly an amazing event. See live Eagles presented by the Dickerson Zoo, watch a film, look at art displays, photographs and more. Great Experience for the whole family.

Benton County Hunting & Fishing Expo: NEW
Feb 25th. 2017 at the Community Building this will be the first annual hunting & fishing Expo. $5.00 entry fee. Includes raffles, equipment and gear displays, celebrities along with a whole lot of fun. Stayed tuned for this new and exciting event!!

March
Give Back Quarter Mania: This event is the largest fundraising for local team benefiting the Relay of Life. Great fun bidding on items with quarters. Stay tuned for future dates. Includes Dinner.

April
Wine Stroll: Like Wine? join in on the fun wine hoppin' around downtown businesses to sample great wines. Sponsored by Benton County foundation all proceeds go towards the annual grant process that provides money to non-profit  organizations throughout Benton County.  Stayed tuned for 2017 dates. 

June
Jubilee Days: Come kick off summer at Jubilee Days, Warsaw's old fashion town festival. Enjoy carnival rides, great food, royalty contest, country music, games and of course a Parade. Watch for 2017 details. See ya there!

July
The Dam Experience: This is the largest fireworks show around. Fireworks are shot off from the Truman Lake Dam and in sync with music form KDKD. This event has numerous areas to view from and they may also be seen from boats around the Dam as well as from the nearby park areas. Get there early for a great spot. Donations are greatly appreciated by the Chamber of Commerce or the day of the event. 
Fireworks start at dusk. Stayed tuned for 2017 dates. 


August
Relay for Life: This event is held a Drake Harbor and raises thousands of dollars for the American Cancer Society. This is an indoor event held inside the Community Building Gym. For more information please call  Sharon Guest at 660-473-3245.

October
Heritage Days: Oct 15th & 16th 2016. A two day festival celebrating  and honoring both the historical and modern day crafts of our Missouri pioneers. Step back in time....see craft demonstrations from the 1800's at the Truman Visitor Center while downtown's Drake Harbor features modern day crafts in large tents. Bus connections to and from Drake Harbor to the Visitor Center is available.  Contact the Warsaw Area Chamber of Commerce @ www.warsawchamberofcommerce.com or call 660-438-5922.

Boo on the Square: Dare you to join us at this years Boo on the Square. Enjoy trick-or treating as the local businesses decorate a space at the Benton County Courthouse Square to hand out tricks or treats in a safe and friendly surrounding. Great for all ages. Area streets around the square are closed during this event. Great prizes donated by local businesses. Several local churches trunk -or-treat out of their cars. Stayed tuned for this fun event.

November

Downtown Open House: Held on the 2nd Saturday of November along with a Craft and Collectibles Show, downtown businesses are decorated and ready for Christmas. The Craft & Collectibles show is held in the Community Building located at 181 W. Harrison st. Warsaw. Please call Sharon Guest at 660-473-3245.

December
Mayor's Christmas Tree Lighting & Drake Harbor / downtown lighting:  
The City of Warsaw and Chamber of Commerce team up to make the city sparkle and light up everyone's faces. The beautiful Drake Harbor is decorated with displays, along with Main Street & the Downtown area. The Mayor Tree is lit as well as the surrounding areas to make this a breathtaking and exciting for family, friends and visitors. Stayed tuned for details coming your way. 

Jingle Bell Run:
5K run/walk takes place at Drake Harbor immediately following the Mayor's Christmas tree lighting

Kaysinger Christmas:
A two day event located at the Harry S. Truman visitor Center. Experience sights and sounds and smells of the 1800's. Fun for the whole family. Dress warm and watch for further details as December comes around.
